Years ago - this was the only way to get fresh apple cider! At Circle K Orchard we have a special way to press apples. Even though we heat the cider to 160 degrees no nutrients are removed! We pasteurize our apple cider and are the only orchard in a wide area (MN and WI) who do. On your visit to Circle K Orchard, we will show you this process

Apple Cider Industry Update September 1, 2003 In the states of Wisconsin and Minnesota there are no laws regulating how much CONCENTRATE maybe added to Fresh Pressed Apple Cider and still market that product as FRESH PRESSED CIDER. Unfortunately, there are some producers who are currently marketing apple cider that is heavily supplemented with concentrate because it is cheaper to produce this type of cider. We feel that if the consumer wants a product made from concentrate, Mott’s Apple Cider made from concentrate is an excellent value at $1.89 a gallon. On the other hand, if the desire is for Fresh Pressed Cider, Circle K Orchard’s cider is 100% juice with NO Concentrate supplements added and you can taste the difference.
